PI Center of Excellence in Informatics and Information Technologies provides validation services for non-formal and informal education in the ICT field, which aims to certify professional skills in the field of ICT acquired in non-formal and informal education contexts.
Nonformal education - includes all structured, organized and institutionalized educational actions, but carried out outside the education system, but which can be evaluated and recorded through a certification.
Informal education - represents those unsystematic, unorganized educational processes, not subordinated to explicit objectives and goals, which represent the product of the person's life experience that he feels throughout life from the media, family, peer group influences, which can be assessed and certified.

Taxes
Organizing the exam to evaluate a skill costs 1500 lei per person (the price includes salary expenses, consumables, communal services, taxes, etc.)
For each additional skill, 300 lei will be added per person:
1 competence = 1500 lei
2 skills = 1800 lei
3 skills = 2100 lei
...
6 skills = 3000 lei
The maximum number of skills assessed in an exam – 6 skills.
The minimum number of skills for which a qualification certificate is offered is 4.
Required documents:
- simple copy of the identity document;
- simple copies of previous studies, if any;
- 2 color photos (3x4 cm);
- simple copies of employment contracts, diplomas of participation, possible certificates of competences, other possible certificates attesting previously acquired competences, recommendations from former employers;
- the self-responsible declaration regarding compliance with labor protection rules during the evaluation that will follow;
- the assessment fee payment receipt. Payment can be made by the candidate, the employer or the National Employment Agency.

Qualification recognition involves assessing your skills and obtaining a qualification certificate.
- identify and document the candidate's individual work experience;
- work experience is evaluated;
- a theoretical and a practical test are submitted;
- a certificate is issued recognizing a full or partial qualification.
1. Contact the secretary of the Validation Center in the educational institution and submit a file with the indicated documents
above. If you are the beneficiary of the territorial structure of the National Employment Agency in the district/
the municipality where you are domiciled, requests the application and registration forms and a recommendation from this institution.
2. Each candidate will be assisted by an adviser who will give you help for:
- drawing up a program for carrying out the evaluation process;
- specifying the name of the qualification for which you will be able to obtain the recognition certificate.
* In case of lack of evidence, the candidate could be guided in further professional training.
3. Take an assessment at the Validation Center within the educational institution and obtain the certificate of recognition of your qualification.
